Our Bedrooms

The villa offers six bedrooms with twelve new hotel beds. Six newly renovated bathrooms with showers. Three bedrooms have double beds and three have twin beds. Two rooms offer sea views. In the open upper-floor living room, there are two sofa beds suitable for children or young guests.

In total, the villa accommodates up to fourteen guests. Experience the perfect balance between comfort and quality.

FAQ

Check-in - Check-in takes place between 16:00 and 21:00 and is done by calling us at 070-4433299. We will come and check you in and go through the details about the house for a comfortable stay.
Late night check-in - It is possible to check in after 21:00, in which case we will leave a key so you can enter by yourselves. Give us a call at 070-4433299 and we will arrange the details. We will come the next day to go through the house instructions. Please note that in the basic package, bed linens are not included, so please bring them or order them.
Check-out - is by 10:00 at the latest. Call us at 070-4433299 when you are ready for check-out and we will arrange it.
Keys - We provide 2 sets of keys for the exterior doors.
Parking - There are parking spaces for at least 4 cars on the driveway to Strandvillan. We also have a large property so you can also park on the lawn if you need more parking spaces.
Electric car charger - There is no electric car charger at Strandvillan, but Coop has chargers across the street 2 minutes away. We also have chargers at the Hotel if you want to use those.
Linens and towels - The house is rented without linens and towels. It is possible to rent ironed hotel linens for 175 SEK per bed space. However, you will need to make the beds yourself. Towels can be rented for 50 SEK per towel. During Almedalen Week, we provide these complimentary.
Cleaning - The house takes about 5 hours to clean and we charge 2500 SEK for cleaning.
Meals - The basic package does not include any meals, but if you want to purchase breakfast, you can do so at a discounted price at Slite Badhotell, which we also operate, located 10 minutes away.
Air Conditioning - The house does not have air conditioning, but there are column fans in all rooms.
Washing machine and dryer - Available in the kitchen.
Iron and ironing board - Located on the upper floor.
Grill - There is a charcoal grill in the backyard.
Bus - Region Gotland provides bus lines between Slite and Visby several times a day. The schedules vary slightly between summer and winter, but lines 20 and 22 are usually the relevant ones.
Services - Slite is one of the central service towns in Gotland, which means there is a healthcare center, pharmacy, Systembolag (liquor store), gas station, fast charger, ICA, Coop, discount store Gahms, dog care, and a sock factory that sells more than just socks.
Restaurants - During low season, usually 1-2 restaurants are open in Slite, and during high season up to 8 restaurants. Strandvillan has a well-equipped kitchen for those who want to cook themselves.
Tennis and Padel - Court times can be rented via Visby Tennis Club directly at the beach.
Outdoor gym - Available at Slite Strandresort and at Heidelberg Arena.
Kayak and hoverboard etc. - Available for rent at the beach.
Bicycles - Available for rent at Slite Strandresort. There are plenty of cycling routes around Slite with different difficulty levels.
Factory tour - During the summer, you can take a factory tour at Heidelberg Materials Cement Factory where 80% of Sweden's cement is produced.
Enholmen - Every week during the summer, boat trips and guided tours are organized to the fortification island Enholmen, which has had several different defense facilities over time.
